Communication Eliminates Chaos
// August 13th, 2009 // Uncategorized
i was on the phone today with a dear friend that I had not talked to in some time. We had an opportunity to talk and clear the air on several possible issues. I was so elated that we could discuss our concerns and clear the air. I could actually hear the air being cleared and a level of restoration taking place.
Offenses can destroy relationships, but a lack of communication can create breeches in relationships. Actually, breeches in relationships can hinder future relationships. I am of the belief that all relationships are worth being restored and reconciled according to the patterns and plans of God. I am not saying that relationships would return back to way they used to be. However, they can be restored in a way that there is no bitterness, hatred, or offenses that are harbored.
My entire church is preparing for consecration, and my prayer is that we learn how to communicate in a way that eliminates chaos and confusion. God is not the author of confusion. In many ways, the presence of confusions creates an absence of God and godliness.
Let me encourage you to take the time to communicate with your friends and loved ones to ensure that all breeches are repaired. We are entering into a season of restoration and rejuvenation. Take the time to work on your communication skills, and eliminate chaos through communication.

AMEN Pastor we have no room for stale air to be circulating.
My God! This was so for me. For the last few weeks I have felt so frustrated with myself because my current disability to communicate effectively. All my adulthood I thought I was speaking plainly but I have my own language and my own perception of other individuals’ language. It has put a roadblock at my job, work, and even in my ministry. It has been so frustrating not understanding why everyone else seems so against you and you are the sane one. The key is introspection. I had to do a self-check and God revealed His answer to me. I pray that this revelation bring about restoration as a whole for me.
